Junior Outstanding

Pitcher James Kelly struck out 9, allowed three hits over 7 innings yesterday in a win over Cardinal O’Hara.

Archbishop Carroll as a team is looking at this as a jump off point for the rest of the season.  The Catholic

League schedule does not get any easier as the team move forward in the schedule.

A non-league game is tentatively scheduled for this Friday April 29th.

The next league game is @Bishop McDevitt on Monday May 2nd.

Warmer Weather

After 4 games of lukewarm bats and chilly temps the sun is back out and Springtime

is finally here.  Hopefully, the warmer temps will heat up the bats and bring a victory

to the Patriots today when they play Lansdale Catholic on their home field.

Game begins at 4pm.

Kelly & Zambella lead the way!

Archbishop Carroll pitcher James Kelly had no trouble finding the strike zone on Monday.

The junior scattered seven hits over seven innings, allowing just two runs without walking a batter.

He also struck out 12 to help the host Patriots defeat Conwell Egan, 6-2, in Catholic League play.

Nick Zambella provided most of Carroll’s offense.

The senior first hit a solo home run in the fourth inning and followed up with a three-run shot in the

sixth inning to put the game out of reach.
